A Level 1 NVC training with Leah Boyd, Mediator/Facilitator & Certified Trainer with the International Center for Nonviolent Communication
In these divisive times, many of us are looking for ways to strengthen our ability to collaborate with others to work toward common goals. Would you like:
improved relationships with friends & family?
easier collaboration with workmates & community members?
more acceptance of yourself & others?
to remain true to yourself while in communication with others, even when you disagree?
If so, perhaps this training is for you!
In this interactive training, participants will have the opportunity to learn about and practice new ways of thinking and responding. Participants will increase their understanding of reactivity (their own and others’) and explore practical skills that support them in choosing their responses.
This training fulfills the requirements of a Level 1 NVC (Nonviolent Communication) training
Each day we will begin at 9:00 am and close at 4:00 pm, with a 1 hour break for lunch on your own.
Please plan to bring your lunch, snacks, pen, notebook, and whatever helps you be comfortable with some periods of sitting.
