Inner conflict….I suspect we’ve all been there! Have you ever had a decision to make and just couldn’t seem to make it? Or decided to do something, and then just never seemed to actually DO it? Or found yourself stuck in a familiar way…again?
Internal Mediation allows you to address inner conflict in a way that often leads to greater understanding, creativity and workable solutions. This process invites you to:
Identify & name the aspects (parts) of yourself that hold differing perspectives
Connect with the needs most alive for these parts
Use a 5 step process to mediate a conversation between these parts with resonance & warmth
Consider solutions that can work well for your whole self
To benefit from this training, participants must have already completed an NVC Level 1 training or it’s equivalent, because the work will be based in the fundamentals of NVC.

You will receive an email with handouts to print, a “pre-work” page to complete in preparation and the link about a week prior to class. If you are new to Zoom online technology, please arrive at the class 10 minutes early for technical assistance.
