Beginning the Journey of Nonviolent Communication is a Level 1 online NVC training with certified trainer Leah Boyd

SCHEDULE

Four 2.5 hour sessions for a total of 10 hours of training. This course completes the requirement of a Level 1 NVC Training (also known as NVC Foundations in some countries)

Would you like to build & strengthen your capacities for a sustainable equitable future for all life.  Learn skills to bring your human relationships into balance so that we can live as the part of nature we are born to be.

Nonviolent Communication helps us see that Universal Needs is a key to understanding ourselves, others and our place within the web of life.

We will explore

~ the key roadmap of Nonviolent Communication (as developed by Marshall Rosenberg)

~ what in our physiology generates reactivity

~ how to bring both brain hemispheres into kindness and cooperation

~ how to stay true to ourselves while compassionately interacting with others.

Registrants must be willing & able to print their own handouts. PDF files will be provided after registration.

We are offering this class on a sliding scale based on income. Please select your payment amount based on your household income. Payment is in USD.

If you have lost your income due to Covid-19 or earn less than $12000 $0

Household income between $12,001 - 22,000 $50

Household income between $22,001 - 30,000 $90

Household income over $30,000 $130
