Healing the Past in the Present Moment
Our day will be an immersion into practice of Time Travel Empathy & Vow Releasing as developed by Sarah Peyton. By using demos and small group practice we will use our Resonant Language skills to strengthen our capacities to accompany ourselves into hard moments in the past or feared moments in the future. When Unconscious Contracts (aka Sacred Vows) become evident we will experience releasing them.
This day of focused practice is open to people who have completed the Maine NVC Integration Program or attended a workshop with Sarah Peyton.

The training is offered by Peggy Smith who has studied with Sarah Peyton for 4 years, Leah Boyd will be assisting.
9:00 am - 4:00 pm with a break for lunch on your own
